Affinity's Massage Therapists

Kim Coffey

imageKim attended the Massage Therapy Institute of Colorado in Denver and graduated in December of 1995. Kim obtained her National Certification from the National Certification Board for Bodywork and Massage Therapists and is currently a licensed and insured practitioner in the State of Colorado and is a member in good standing with the Association of Bodywork and Massage Professionals.

Kim has received other certificates in Reflexology, Jin Shin Jyitsu, Lymphatic Drainage and Pre-Natal Massage, and has facilitated massage during labor and delivery on several occasions. Kim specializes in Swedish/Relaxation Massage, Pre & Post-Natal Massage, Deep-Tissue and Neuromuscular Massage and Raindrop Therapy.

After graduation from massage school, Kim opened a practice in her home-state of Nebraska, then relocated to Estes Park in 2001 and has worked as a massage therapist in town since.

Kim and Kathy opened Affinity Massage and Wellness Center in February, 2005.  Since Kathleen's retirement in 2015, Kim has continued to operate and manage the Affinity office and is proud to continue to provide highly-skilled, top-quality, personalized massage services in the Estes Park community.

 

Deb Alexander

VanessaDeb attended the Healing Arts Institute in Fort Collins, Colorado and graduated in May of 2007. She is a Licensed and Insured Massage Therapist in the state of Colorado, having passed her Massage and Bodywork Licensing Examination, and is in good standing with the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals.

Deb has studied and specializes in Neuromuscular Therapy, Deep Tissue Therapy, Swedish/Relaxation Massage, Pre-Natal Massage, and Hot Stone Massage. She tailors every massage to the specific needs of each client.

Deb finds her love of massage and passion for the Colorado outdoors, are both fulfilled, with her work and time in Estes, outside Rocky Mountain National Park, at Affinity.

Deb joined Affinity in April, 2013.

 

Lindsey Martin

LindseyLindsey’s love for the mountains brought her to Colorado to study at the Boulder College of Massage Therapy, where she graduated in June, 2013. She is a Licensed and Insured Massage Therapist in the state of Colorado, along with California; having passed her National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork exam, she is able to practice her passion.

Lindsey specializes in Swedish/Relaxation, Pre-Natal, Hot Stone, and Sports Massage, utilizing multiple techniques including Deep tissue, Myofascial Release and Stretching to customize every massage to the individuals needs.

She finds living in Estes a pleasure, as it is located so close to Rocky Mountain National Park, where she spends many of her days off hiking and climbing new trails. She feels the possibilities with both massage and the outdoors are endless.

Brooke Claassen

BrookeBrooke is an 1100-hour, Licensed Massage Therapist, originally from Nebraska. She specializes in a deep Swedish Massage style, strongly rooted in Myofascial Release and targeted Deep Tissue work. With over 11 years of massage experience and a passion for continuing education, Brooke’s bodywork reflects her knowledge of a wide range of techniques. Brooke’s philosophy is that intuition is the most important massage technique – she listens carefully to her client’s body, as she regulates pressure and technique, to create a massage that is always tailored for individual needs. Brooke graduated from the Boulder College of Massage Therapy in 2005.


Brooke joined the Affinity team in November, 2016.

 

Sean Baker

BrookeSean strongly believes in holistic living, healthy habits and helping others through the power of touch. He received his massage certification from the well-known, Lauterstein-Conway Massage School & Clinic in the beautiful city of Austin, Texas. He is trained in, and holds certifications in, Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Sports Massage, Stress Pattern Interpretation, and Clinical Massage modalities.

As a 40-mile, ultra-marathon runner, Sean has a deep understanding of the aches and pains sports enthusiasts experience.

Sean has an easy going personality that eases you into an instant feeling of comfortable. He grew up in Houston, Texas, studied Finance at Texas State University, is an outdoor advocate, loves cold water swims, and hanging out with his Mastiff, Grady.

Sean joined the Affinity team in June, 2017.

Marilyn Coffey

BrookeMarilyn will more than likely be your first point of personal contact, as she provides our invaluable person-to-person communications. After Marilyn's retirement from her Hotel Management career, she has stepped in to help us, help you, with your personal scheduling needs. With the advances in on-line office management, Marilyn is able to help us with your phone calls, questions and scheduling requests, while enjoying her life in Nebraska.

Marilyn is an AVID Nebraska Cornhuskers fan as well as a life-long Dallas Cowboys follower. She enjoys her days with her friends, children, grandchildren and grand-pups.


 

 

Kathleen Lindeman - Retired

imageAfter co-founding Affinity Massage and Wellness Center, and 10 years of dedication to the massage healing arts, Kathleen stepped into her retirement in 2015.  Kathleen, and her husband Ken, are now enjoying their retirement with their family, children, grandchildren, and friends, spending their time between Arizona, Colorado, and Minnesota.

Kathleen attended Sister Rosalind Gefre's School of Massage in St. Paul, Minnesota and graduated in January of 2001. Her Massage Therapy career included studies in Accupressure, Myofacial Release, Geriatric Massage, Pre-Natal Massage and Infant Massage. She held 75 credits in Muscular Therapy and 48 credits in Sports Massage. She also had training in Reflexology and Massage for the abused. Kathleen also practiced Healing Touch as a level three student. She enjoyed customizing the massage to meet the needs of her clients. The Lindemans' fell in love with Rocky Mountain National Park many years ago and finally made the move from Minnesota to Estes park in 2002.

 

 

Kim and Kathleen opened Affinity Massage and Wellness Center in February, 2005.  Affinity remains proud to continue to provide highly-skilled, top-quality, personalized massage services in the Estes Park community.
